Hot chocolate of the day.

3 handfuls of cashews
1 handful of walnuts
3 heaped teaspoons of hemp seeds

blended together with a little water

3 heaped teaspoons of cacao
2 heaped tablespoons of maca
3 capsules of fenugreek
2 teaspoons of bee pollen
3 heaped teaspoons of honey
half a teaspoon of cinnamon

Optional:
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder

Don’t drink it too fast. I just had three gulps and it just hit my stomach. Oof. Completely stuffed.

Yesterday’s smoothie

Based on a tulsi/chai, ginger tea

Soaked chia seeds,
Brazil nuts
Cashews

I blended these all up together until smooth, then added:

Cacao powder (a good 2 tablespoons)
cinnamon (about a teaspoon)
turmeric (a dash)
coconut oil (1-2 tablespoons)
agave

And about half a teaspoon of cayenne (I actually just started off with a dash, then slowly added more).

Whilst drinking this smoothie, I called it ‘a spicy curry with chocolate’.
It really was an amazing smoothie.

I can’t seem to take a good photo of today’s hot chocolate, so I’ll just type out the ingredients.

Based on: Chia tea, which was turned into cashew nut-mylk.

Added: shitload of chia seeds, acai berry, cacao powder, maca, bee pollen, honey, dash of cayenne pepper, dash of vanilla essence, bentonite clay, coconut oil (or butter).

Me thinketh that be it-eth.
