Today I walked 2km in 25 minutes.
You tell someone you just drank a litre of apple juice and they’ll be like ‘oh man go climb that house with the five floors, six times’ but if you tell them you just ate a bacon and egg roll they’ll be like ‘okay.’
I biked 3.24km first [delivering envelopes for work] then I drank some water with lemon and probiotic, then biked the other 5.78km in less than an hour.

Okay so I began my before and after shots on July 12, it is now September 16.
I think that swimming has given me the biggest physical change thus far.
Hopefully when I start biking, that will also do something.
I find sprinting barefoot weird.
