Hot damn, I have done well with this recipe.

Get about 1/2 cup of chia seeds, soak them in 1 cup of water until all the water has been soaked up.

Blend the chia seeds until you get a nice white, spotted grey consistancy, then add in 2 tsp of bee pollen, 2 tsp of honey, 4 tsp liquid coconut oil, and blend.

Pour into another bowl and add in mixed berries or banana or any fruit you would like!

I certainly am!

Soak some chia seeds, then put them in your smoothie and make sure they’re blended up real nice.

It creates an extra layer in your intestines for the goodness of your smoothie to go through, so it takes an extra long time for the food to really get into your body, so you can literally be fuller for longer, and fuller quicker.

It’s totally true. I can do a full 8 hours on a 250ml chia seed, agave, cacao, maca smoothie.

I’d recommend blending them up before adding in all the liquids and etc. to the smoothie, just to make sure they’re blended up, so that the smoothie isn’t too chewy.
