Oh, my gosh. This is my first chocolate smoothie since, well, Thursday. But it really has blown my mind (or my taste buds).

Soaked chia seeds (probably a table spoon), blended.
Water and (ingredients below) added, then the mix is blended again.

1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
4 capsules of fenugreek
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon acai powder
2 teaspoons reishi powder
2 tablespoons hemp powder
1 tablespoon bee pollen
2 heaped tablespoons of cacao

This is really, really, really amazing.

I’m so excited. It is now 10:12pm, and this is the content of the hot chocolate that I am now drinking. Sleep is now some far away fantasy.

      Cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia tea, dulse flakes, fulvic acid (with Ocean algae and aloe vera), acai powder, maca powder, goji berries, 2 medjol dates, bee pollen, vanilla essence, chia seeds.

Oh yeah baby.

I can’t seem to take a good photo of today’s hot chocolate, so I’ll just type out the ingredients.

Based on: Chia tea, which was turned into cashew nut-mylk.

Added: shitload of chia seeds, acai berry, cacao powder, maca, bee pollen, honey, dash of cayenne pepper, dash of vanilla essence, bentonite clay, coconut oil (or butter).

Me thinketh that be it-eth.
